Jack	Some Marketing suggestions: Event & Exhibitions - To work with event companies to offer them free or minimal rentals to organize events. Each unit can be turned into exhibition booths of various configurations. Plan out the Calendar of Events to be organized for the whole year. Each event must have 1 or 2 key exhibitors as main promoters. We provide free venue & maintenance cost, they provide the event marketing cost. We generate revenue through food, souvenir, etc. To cover out operating cost, etc. Some event suggestions: Mobile and Gadget Fair Makers Faire Design and 3D Printing Robot & Aduino Programming Handicrafts Workshops and tutorials Etc. Stationery and Toys Fair Baby and Children Fair Smart Home Fairs Travel Fair (Matta Fair) Property Fair Auto Fair Education Fair (Also, see below) Entrepreneurial Development (work with MDEC, Cradle or SME Corp. Make use of government grants, etc.) Etc. Key Success Factors Partnership with key event management company Partnership with Media Cooperation by the Owners and Management Strong management team Educational Cooperation Nilai is promoted as an education hub with many colleges and universities Work with these educational organizations to organize specialized workshops and hands-on tutorials To be explored. Entertainment - Some suggestions: Weekend open air large screen cinema at the center. Will need copyright permission. Concert and Dance - Work with talent agencies.
