Please do not provide us with your NRIC, HOME ADDRESS or any other personal information other than those requested. Where possible, if we do received these information, we will redact and/or remove them from our database to the best of our abilities. There are no GUARANTTEE that all data will be deleted or redacted once submitted.

Residency

We only need to know where you reside, e.g. Subang Jaya, Seri Kembangan, etc. The purpose for this residence info is so that when we organize a meeting or gathering, we will try to arrange a venue to the maximum possible convenience of the owners.

Contact

We collect the phone and email contacts for the purpose of contacting the owners when we have an announcements, require clarifications or all communication matters related to their properties in Sentral Bazar.

Property Information

For the purposes of ownership verification, we may require digital copy of either tenancy agreement, maintenance bill, S & P or Deed of Mutual Covenants, etc.
Please delete or redact any personal information. We only require the owner's names, unit numbers and related GRR information.

Information Usage and Sharing

We will only share the owner's names, property information selectively to verified owners where deemed necessary by the Pro Tem Committee.

Privacy Policy Update

Any update on our Privacy Policy will be made known on the Sentral Bazaar Owner's Telegram Group and on this website.

Removal of Your Data

At any time, you can request to remove and delete all your data from our site. Please send an email to sbcommunity2018@gmail.com and provide your name and the related property unit number.
We will send you a email confirmation once the data has been deleted.
