Current Situation:

- AGM was held on Thursday, June 21, 2018.
- Many issue prior to the AGM. PTC has found many non-compliance of the way the AGM was organized. Some examples:
- Many owners have complained that they did not received the letter for AGM.
- Owners were unable to check the status of their respective outstanding maintenance fees.
- Maintenance account is not provided for owners’ review and vetting.
- Jasaland, the official contracted management company, is not aware of the AGM and thus were not prepared to answer the owners’ queries on outstanding balance and proxy submission, etc.
- The official registered address in the notice is incorrect and misleading. Furthermore the phone contact, website address and official email domain are all expired and cannot be accessed. No official notice or communication from SLL for the change of office and operations address, and contact numbers have been posted or sent out to owners.
- Proxy reply mailing address is wrongly stated in the Proxy form.
- Etc.
- Despite all the discrepancies, the owners have voted and formed the JMB. This is the first step that will lead to the recovery of the Mall. However, there are many missing information that the JMB are still trying to acquire.
- We wish the new JMB the best and hope that all owners will give them their support to turn this Mall around.

- Sentral Bazar Mall
- The mall has been closed for more than 2 4 weeks.
- Based on reported updates by some owners, there was a raid by the Immigration Department on the premises.
- GRR
- GRR not paid since December 2017.
- Some owners have reported that their units have been occupied, but no rental was received.
- SL Land
- SL Land (developer) office in OneCity, Subang is closed down.
- Sentral Bazaar Management Office (managed by SL Property Management Sdn Bhd) is not opened when last checked on Saturday, Mar 17, 2018.
- Earlier checks with the management office has shown that many staff has resigned. Now only left Iffa and Nizza, both of whom are on maternity leave. Also noted was that the staff salaries were not paid.
- On April 1, we noticed that SL Land website is not active (or has been taken down) - http://www.slland.com.my/ and http://www.sentralbazar.com.my/. As of April 8, the sites are still down.

- Owners Meeting
- On March 17, 2018, a group of owners met at the Sentral Bazaar Mall to discuss the state of the Mall management, GRR; and the (SL Land and SL Property Management) situation to determine how to reach out to Dato Yeoh.
- Since that first meeting, we have set up this website, filed a complaint to the Nilai COB, organized more than 270 owners in our Telegram group - https://goo.gl/nnPwxE.
- Selected members are currently exploring legal and governmental strategies to deal with the defaults by the developer and the management of the mall.
